Oftentimes, the thinking patterns we have accumulated throughout our lives are operating below our awareness and become the very things that continue to get in the way of the life for which we long. These ways of interpreting our world and reacting to it can create and recreate harmful, unproductive experiences as well as painful interactions with spouses, friends, family, co-workers, and other significant people in our lives. Counseling can help you gain insight as well as new tools to more effectively deal with these issues.

I am a professional counselor, licensed in the state of Texas, and I offer a variety of treatment approaches that are tailored to the specific needs of each client. A large part of my practice is adult women grappling with the concerns listed below. Whether you wish to work on one specific concern or a more complex issue, counseling can help you find peace, discover hope, and embrace life.
